You'll come back for a follow-up visit to receive your tray, whitening gel, and step-by-step instructions on how to use them.
To whiten your teeth, simply apply the gel to the tray and wear it over your teeth as directed, typically for one to two hours each day.
The Results
You should see results within 10 to 14 days, with a significant change in tooth colour generally occurring in four to six weeks.
Tooth whitening may have limited effects on heavily stained teeth. In these instances, an alternative restorative or cosmetic treatment such as dental crowns may be used.
